Ingredients
1 package egg roll wrappers (17-21)
½ lb rolled sausage pork or turkey
1 16 oz package shredded cabbage
2 tsps ground ginger
½ lb shrimp peeled and deveined
Duck Sauce Ingredients
½ cup Jabba’s Hot and Sweet BBQ & Dipping Sauce
½ cup ketchup
¼ cup brown sugar
½ tsp ginger
¼ cup honey
Directions
Sauté shrimp in a tsp of oil until done. Brown and drain sausage then combine with shrimp, cabbage and ground ginger. Toss over low heat for 1 minute. Allow to cool. Wrap egg rolls according to instructions on package and fry in 1 cup of oil until golden brown. Duck Sauce: Combine Jabba’s Hot and Sweet BBQ & Dipping Sauce, ketchup, honey, brown sugar and ginger thoroughly whisk to make duck sauce.
